to resolve a household financial crisis
to learn how to manage a household budget
to live in affordable, secure housing
to have respite from caring.

People on very low incomes often experience financial stresses that prevent them from fully participating in society.

Wyatt wishes to add value to the work of partner organizations that provide direct service to financially disadvantaged South Australians.

We do not have personal contact with each applicant, but work through referrers for the majority of grants.

Wyatt aims to be equitable and consistent in its grant making, and has a unique ability to be responsive and compassionate.

Giving grants to people experiencing episodes of acute financial crisis requires special attention to preserving respect and privacy.

Wyatt manages its grants to allow for support to a wide group of applicants. However, there are some items that it cannot fund and Wyatt cannot provide grants to the same applicants repeatedly.

Staff are available to give updated information about eligibility and payment.
