Wyatt has a very limited number of low cost rental housing units of a very high standard for eligible older persons who are having difficulty gaining affordable rental housing suitable for their needs.

This accommodation consists of:

  • 2 bedroom, self contained, single storey home units at Payneham, Firle, Christies Beach, Christie Downs and Victor Harbor*
  • 3 bedroom, self contained, single storey home units at Elizabeth East.

Residential Tenancy Leases will be offered at affordable rental. There is a Waiting List.

*Persons usually resident in the Southern Fleurieu Peninsula or adjacent country areas will be given preference for the Victor Harbor accommodation.

Eligibility

Eligible persons must be South Australian residents who have lived in South Australia for more than 5 years.
