Affordable Housing

Wyatt has partnered with a number of organisations that are receiving Federal and State Government funding to build new affordable housing. Wyatt's aim is to assist eligible families and individuals to obtain and maintain secure, affordable housing.

Housing Partnerships

Wyatt has partnerships with welfare agencies that have programs to support individuals and families at risk of homelessness. Wyatt adds value to the case management work of its partners by providing a short term rental subsidy, removal costs or packages of essential household items.

People assisted under these partnerships are clients of the partner organisations. Individual applications are not made to the Wyatt Benevolent Institution Inc.
